Workshops and retreats are designed around themes and topics that help us gain insight into our lives.  The collective wisdom of others often helps us to find our own voice.  The workshops and retreats are fun, rejuvenating, and good for the soul.

Workshops

An enriching experience diving into a multitude of subjects that are meant to be challenging, educational, and rewarding. Workshops can range in topics and can even be tailored to meet your specific group’s needs.

I am anxiously awaiting the next workshop! Lisa’s gentle guiding nature helped steer me in the direction of knowing myself better and helped awaken memories I had forgotten about. She helped me “come home” to a version of myself I had forgotten about. I left with a feeling of well-being and contentment and desire to learn more.

About the Series

A woman’s journey is a lifelong cycle of developing, growth and learning. Our retreats are designed to explore and embrace your role as the storyteller of your life - encouraging you to open up the narratives you live through so you can step more fully into your self-expression.

While each of us are on a solo journey, it is helpful to reflect and share and bear witness in community with other traveling companions. Our hope is that you’ll join us in the honest and creative journey to reclaim your inner voice and heart guidance.

We hope you will join us for a weekend of respite and nourishment for your body, mind and spirit with healthy dining experiences as well as opportunities for movement, creativity, reflection, play and wonder.

We hope to see you at the next one!

Upcoming Retreat

Mentors and Helpers on your Journey - Spring Retreat - April 19 - 20

As we continue our journey back to ourselves, we encounter helpers and mentors along the way. These sages often appear before we commit to crossing the threshold deeper into our journey. Our mentors are wise having been baptized by fire as they survived their own journeys. During this retreat, we will honor our own mentors and recognize them as part of the great community that supports and holds us as we travel our individual paths. We’ll also explore some of the archetypes that shape our journey and who often change the course of our narrative. Come meet the Jester, the Shadow, the Hero, the Lover, the Creator and many others as we go deeper into our journey to re-remember who we are. We hope to see you in April!
